What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unworn and in their original condition. Just email us at info@velariehouse.com and we will guide you through it.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is accepted and inspected, refunds are usually issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
